The development of our players is most important and it should be enjoyable and fun.  We promote good team spirit and loyalty by ensuring that, whether we win or lose, we do it as a team.  We have nurtured some of these boys from the age of 9 and it has been rewarding to see them mature not only in their footballing ability but also as young men.
