Anchorians 2022 Tournament

Our long awaited Anchorians Football Tournament finally took place this June - the first to be held since 2019, and involving over 200 Grassroots clubs from across the South East.
From non-competitive under 7's and 8's, to ladies teams, exceptional football was seen throughout the weekend with a whole host of group shields and trophies to be won!
Hosted and organised by the Volunteers and Committee members at Anchorians Football Club, players and their supporters could enjoy a day of all-day barbeques, re-fill stations and, of course, the obligatory ice cream van!
Our Kent FA qualified officials kindly gave up their weekends to referee the games, and did a great job with all of the age groups. Cup Winners Cray Wanderers U12 said "We loved our ref! He was so encouraging, and cheering all of the girls on".
